If you are a Bank, Credit Union, Asset Company or Reo assigner, you may join and begin using our platform of qualified seasoned REO Service professionals in the country and assign reo listings and Bpos. If you are not one of these four companies you cannot join. After registering we will verify you and approve you as vendor. Only approved banks and credit unions have access to assign reos. If you have not been approved by us, you do not have access to the platform and we will keep you on the future vendor list.

Our REO Service Professionals include: REO AGENTS, TITLE COMPANIES, FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PROPERTY PRESERVATION COMPANIES AND APPRAISERS.
