• Licensure Information: Requirement for activation

• BPO Evaluation Capacity: How many assignments you can receive and meet service levels?

• Errors & Omissions Coverage: Active E&O Coverage

• Tax ID Number: Requirement for activation

Once your application information is received, a confirmation will be sent that you have been panel activated. BPO orders will be placed based on: performance monitoring, customer service ratings, and contracted market fees.
